Vectric vcarve pro 6.504 how to#
If I am on the right rack and this is the problem you are having then send me a PM with your email address and I will send it to you with instructions on how to patch the registry. Registry editing needs to done properly and not taken lightly. Ran it on the new machine computer and walah. Then of course I ran into the issue you are having again and remembered I used to have a reg file somewhere that would fix it.Īfter searching through old backups I found it. LESA.v9.7 Lighttools.v8.32 64bit logicomp REP.528a5 Lotus Concept CrankTrain v4. Then a few months ago I upgraded my machine control computer and now run Win7. This restored the Vectric program's ability to send gcode files directly to Mach3.Īfter using the patch and sharing it with a few other Vectric users, time passed and I forgot all about it. So I retrieved the relevant registry entries from an existing installation and made a registry patch.

Informed Mach3 owners, but as their program no longer needed those registry entries they did not care that some other software was making use of them. Ran into this for the first time some years ago. I believe that at some point in time, newer versions of Mach3 no longer made the needed registry entries.

My understanding is that Mach3 used to make some registry entries that Vectric utilised to send code directly to Mach3 Vectric Aspire 4.5.rar vectric photovcarve 1.102 vectric vcarve pro 6.504 VERO Machining Strategist v11(VERO MSG.V11) 9.0.7 2 X64 6.1 VISCAM.RP.V5 VPIphotonics Analyzer 9.3 x32 圆4 wastch softrip 7.3 WellCat2003.0.2 Wellplan 2000.0 whittle v4.4 WICAM.PN4000 WorkviewOffice 7.

Loaded the same version of Mach and it worked fine. I had an old XP laptop with Vcarve loaded without the Mach3 stuff. Turned off the UAC (User Account Console) and rebooted to allow it to take affect and ran both installs as an Admin. I uninstalled Mach3 from the Control panel. First one saying "Failed to find data on installed version of Mach" then the next one "Failed to find a running instance of Mach". Now when I hit save in Vcarve, 2 windows pop up. Then the code usually automatically populates in the G-code window in the Mach program and I'm ready to go. I select the Mach3 ARCS inch (or ATC) post processor.

Then when I wish to run the CNC machine I simply save the code in Vcarve and check the box Output direct to machine, driver Mach. My problem is I normally start Mach3 and Vcarve at the same time. Mach3 controls my CNC machine fine and if I manually load in the Vcarve's generated G-code it works fine. I installed Mach3 Version R3.043.066 as an administrator. I've installed everything to there default folders. I'm using Vcarve pro 6.504 as my CAD program to generate the G-Code.
